MakeLove is a mobile application designed to help couples reconnect through daily love signals. The app allows partners to send hearts, match, exchange gifts, and celebrate their connection.
3. Account Registration
To use MakeLove, you must:
- Create an account with accurate information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MakeLove only for its intended purpose. You may not:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated systems or bots to access the service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
5. Partner Connections
MakeLove allows you to connect with partners using invite codes. By connecting with someone, you consent to share your display name and profile photo with them. You can disconnect from a partner at any time.
6. In-App Purchases
MakeLove offers optional in-app purchases including coins, gifts, and premium features like "The Peek". All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of MakeLove, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by MakeLove and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Privacy

9. Data Security
Your privacy and security are our top priorities. We implement industry-standard security measures to ensure your data remains protected at all times.
- End-to-End Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols.
- Secure Storage: Your data is stored securely on Firebase servers with enterprise-grade encryption at rest.
- Match Privacy: Your match data and love signals are completely private. Not even the MakeLove team has access to see who you matched with or when.
- No Third-Party Access: We never share, sell, or provide access to your intimate data to any third parties.
Your love life is yours alone. We built MakeLove with privacy by design. Your matches, hearts, and intimate moments stay between you and your partner.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
MakeLove is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeLove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
12. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of MakeLove after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
